Clear communication regarding install dates, and efficient and clean install meant no impact to our day to day running of the business. We expected some but they worked round us. They offered a really reasonable price and visited within the week. The men who arrived to service the door, started work within minutes of arriving on site and grafted non-stop until the service was complete. They were very professional and most importantly, did a great job. Multiple people from the shop floor commented on how hard they were working. We provide installations, repairs and servicing to industrial roller shutter doors, security shutters, high speed doors, fire doors and residential garage doors. Based in Leicester, we travel throughout The Midlands and the UK.

Above all we pride ourselves in working closely with all of our clients big or small aiming to fit around your own personal time frames because we know this helps keep disruption to a minimum especially within the work place. Once you contact us, we aim to provide as much information as possible to you regarding your requirements via email or telephone. Sometimes this is not always possible so we offer a FREE no obligation site visit within 30 mile radius. This helps us and you to clarify options and measurements before looking to have a quotation with you within 48hrs.

Most importantly a happy client is a repeat client! Regularly visiting and contacting our client base is important to us to ensure our service is above average. Adams Industrial Doors Ltd is a family business and therefore our employees become part of the family when they join. Each member of our team is provided with a uniform and will arrive on site in a clean company van. Where possible we will contact clients directly to confirm arrival, and our team is always provided with relevant safety equipment when required.
