A Local Authority tender required 16 Electric Roller Shutter doors for a complete refurbishment of one of there industrial estates that we were more than happy to undertake.
Turnaround Time (Set up time)
From the customers initial contact through site visits and the beginning of installation was 6 weeks, our engineers then removed one manual roller shutter and installed one electric Roller Shutter per day until completion.
Different company
All of the units were occupied by different companies so we liaised with them on a individual basis to work around anything that may stop them from there usual run of business.
Door Spec
The old chain lift roller shutters were removed and replaced by 240v barrel motor shutters (which means the motor is in the roller to save on room). The steel curtain was powder coated to the clients specifications and a key switch operation was installed. A manual winder was also included in case of power loss so the client can still use the door.
